计算机辅助精液分析系统在精液质量检测中的应用

精液分析是评估男子生育力的重要方法,也是男科疾病诊断以及疗效观察的实验依据。目前我国医学实验室普遍使用人工方法进行分析,无法充分克服主观因素的影响,不同的技术人员或不同的实验室分析的结果有时相差甚远。计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)可以很好的弥补人工方法进行精液分析的不足,特别是对于精子的活率和活力的分级方面,CASA具有无可比拟的优势。而且计算机辅助精液分析增设的量化指标及动静态图像能客观、真实地反映精子的质量。
