沿海开发语境下的河北省沿海城镇布局研究

Study on Coastal Urban Layout in Hebei Province

河北省沿海地区发展需采取"生态优先、基础先行,港口引领、培育中心,拓展腹地,区域协调"的发展战略,以"打造体系完善、功能合理的沿海城镇隆起带、实现生态环境的可持续发展、构筑高效便捷的综合交通网络"为发展目标,构建"南北两区带状组群式"的空间布局结构。针对以唐山、秦皇岛为主的北部沿海地区和以沧州为主的南部沿海地区,分别制定沿海城镇分区发展指引,构筑海陆良性互动、有序发展的格局。

Coastal urban development in Hebei province should establish a belt of coastal cities connected by a sustainable environment and convenient transportation network with both southern and northern urban agglomeration areas.Development plans should emphasize ecological preservation,address infrastructure and port development,and regionally coordinate urban centers with the provincial hinterlands.Individual strategies for the interactive development between the coast and inner lands should be developed for the Tangshan,Qinghuangdao,and Cangzhou coastal regions.
