目前我国的地下空间利用规划编制缺乏有效的规范指导,编制内容深浅不一,不利于城市管理。为解决这些问题,地下空间利用规划编制需具有完整的层次结构,内容应包括地下空间资源评估、地下空间开发规模预测、地下空间布局规划和专项规划,并应根据不同类型地区采用不同的编制重点。

Underground space planning currently lacks scientific guidance and has disparate compilation methods.Its planning should have a comprehensive structure that includes evaluation,prediction,spatial layout,specialty planning,and emphases for different underground spaces in different areas.
