非传统类交通影响评价方法研究

New Transportation Influence Evaluations

我国现有的交通影响评价只是针对具有交通生成的项目进行评价,而对于没有交通生成但对交通有影响的项目却缺乏相关研究。针对这一现状,研究提出了有别于传统交通影响评价的非传统类交通影响评价概念,并在参照传统交通影响评价的概念、技术路线和方法的基础上,根据项目外部性的不同影响,提出了非传统类交通影响评价的两种评价方法,建立了非传统类交通影响评价的技术路线,并结合实际案例进行了论证。

Transportation influence evaluations are a widely used tool in China,but the evaluations are only done on transportation generating projects and not on other projects that may potentially influence transportation changes.This paper proposes to upgrade the traditional transportation influence evaluation process.It is based on the traditional method.Two approaches are provided,along with technical steps and case studies.
