2009年3月,山东省启动和部署了农村住房建设与危房改造的工作,在扩大内需的同时,促进全省经济、社会平稳发展。农村住房建设与危房改造规划从现状需求出发,以村庄划分归类、合村并点为前提,将农村住房建设与危房改造的需求落实到社区布局中,并确定新建社区的位置、规模及占地面积,从而切实有效地指导农村住房建设与危房改造工作。
