摘要
现行的低频减载方案都是事先制定好的,没有充分考虑到实际系统的特征和拓扑结构,也没有考虑到系统运行点已经具体故障的大小,往往会造成过切或欠切现象,因此很有必要设计出一种自适应的低频减载方案。提出了一种新的自适应的低频减载方案,该方案基于对故障大小的估计和判断,并根据故障大小的变化而改变。
Currently the existing frequency load shedding plans are predetermined, not taking the features and the topology of the actual system into account as well as the operating point and the magnitude of the disturbance. As a consequence, under frequency load shedding (UFLS) very often disconnects more or less load than is required, so there is a need for the development of an adaptive UFLS plan. A new adaptive UFLS plan based on the estimation of the magnitude of the disturbance is proposed.
