摘要
基于IEC 61850协议的数字化变电站实现了整个变电站内信息共享。基于此,继电保护系统的可靠性指标应有新的提高。从提高数字化变电站保护系统可靠性出发提出了两种保护装置故障的后备措施:SBPU-Shared Back-up Protection Unit(用于解决保护单元失效)和SB-Software Back-up(用于解决互感器失效)。并进一步通过信息流仿真,得到后备可靠性方案的投切时间。结果表明,所提两种方案均具有可行性。
Digital substation based on IEC 61850 takes information sharing into account within the whole substation. Hereupon, the reliability index of relay protection system should be upgraded. Two backup measures are proposed for the fault of protective devices: SBPU -Shared Back- up Protection Unit( used to solve the invalidation of protection unit)and SB- Software Back - up ( used to solve the invalidation of current and voltage transformers). And then, the switching time of backup reliability scheme can be obtained through information flow simulation. The result shows that both of these two proposed schemes are feasible.
