摘要
介绍我国当前火电建设形势和超超临界机组发展意义和状况,对超超临界机组调试特点和关键技术进行分析,结合徐州彭城电厂三期工程1 000 MW超超临界机组的特点进行科学策划并在调试阶段实现优化和创新,创造了1 000 MW超超临界机组的整套启动调试时间最短的新记录。文中指出以它们达到的建设指标作为今后超超临界机组的建设参考,对超超临界机组建设和调试具有参考价值。
This article introduces the situation of domestic thermal electric power construction and the significance and status of domestic ultra-supercritical units.It analyzes the characteristics and key technology of ultra-supercritical units commissioning.Based on the reasonable commissioning arrangement of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in Xuzhou Pengcheng Power Plant Ⅲ project,optimization and innovation was realized during commissioning period,and a new record of shortest start-up time was made.The construction parameter would be reference to construction and commissioning of ultra-supercritical units.
