摘要
某冷轧钢轧后库为全钢结构厂房,厂房屋面板下表面常有结露现象发生。通过对该厂房室内外温湿度的测量,定量分析了厂房结露的发生情况,对每月结露发生的概率和结露发生的时间进行分析和统计。实测数据表明在正常的生产条件下,在室外温度较低的月份厂房结露情况较为严重。室内相对湿度与室外相对湿度的相关性较大,室内外相对湿度的变化趋势是一致的。在室外温度相近的月份,室外相对湿度越大,厂房结露发生率越高。结露发生时间多集中在夜晚到凌晨,午后发生结露的概率较低。最后对厂房屋面结露的原因进行了总结,认为生产工艺有一定的热量和湿蒸汽散入室内,厂房通风条件较差,不利的室外温湿度环境和厂房围护结构不设保温是厂房结露现象发生的原因。
The after cold rolling storehouse is a steel workshop.There is dewfall phenomenon on the inner surface of the roof.The dewfall of the workshop is analysed by the means of measurement in this article.It is done the analysis and the statistics of the probability of dewfall in each month,and the dewfall time.Measured data indicate that dewfall under normal production conditions is more serious in the month when the outdoor temperature is lower.Indoor relative humidity and outdoor relative humidity associated with each other,and the trends of indoor and outdoor relative humidity are consistent.In the month of similar outdoor temperature,the greater the outdoor relative humidity is,the higher the incidence of the dewfall.The dewfall time is more concentrated at night to the dawn, while the dewfall probability is relative lower in the afternoon.Lastly,the article summarized the reasons of the dewfall,which include that a certain degree of heat and wet steam is scattered into the interior,the workshop's ventilation condition is poor,the outdoor temperature and humidity environment is unfavorable,and the workshop envelope is without insulation.
