摘要
小波分析具有很强的弱信号的检测能力,适用于提取声发射信号的故障特征。简要介绍了小波分析和dbN小波系的基本知识以及小波消噪的原理,将其应用于预应力混凝土梁受压破坏过程中损伤诊断。提出数形结合的方法来确定损伤的位置和程度,即通过图像分析给出损伤的位置,然后在数据表格中可以找到精确数值,通过对峰值数据的观察,可以确定损伤程度和损伤范围。试验提取的信号证实了该方法的可行性和精确性,对声发射产生的信号处理有着积极的研究价值。
It is pointed that wavelet analysis has a powerful ability for weak signal detection,which is suitable for withdrawing fault diagnosis of acoustic emission(AE) signals well.The basic knowledge on wavelet analysis and the Daubechies wavelet system and the application in reduction of noise are briefly presented here.All these are applied to detection of damage to the pre-stressed reinforced concrete beams.One method of combination of figure and chart are proposed to detect the location and degree of the damage.Through the picture,damage location can be found,then the accurate data can be searched through the figure.By observing the peak-data,the degree and range of the damage can be gained.The signals picked-up from the experiment well prove the feasibility and accuracy of this method,which has an active value to the study on AE signals.
