摘要
为解决选煤厂主厂房的振动问题,设计采用的方法:合理进行平面布置,控制室、配电室等集中在厂房端部,与厂房其余部分设变形缝分开;主要动荷载设备所在跨及相邻跨采用厚楼板,双层双向配筋。主厂房建成使用逾半年,效果很好,基本解决了振动问题。
To solve the vibration problem of the main mill building for a coal preparation plant,the following design methods are used :Reasonable layout,control and power distribution rooms,etc are concentrated in the plent end and separated from the rest parts by construction joints;thick slabs are used for the bay,where the maindynamic load eqaipment is located double two-way reinforcement is used.The main plant was operated for more than half a year,a good effect was got the vibration problem was solved.
