摘要
某钢厂(D)列吊车梁在工作中,制动板和连接螺栓经常发生断裂。为找到故障原因,应用有限元软件ANSYS对(D)列吊车梁进行模态分析,计算得出吊车梁的前5阶模态频率及相应的主振型。通过分析可知:1)制动板刚性最弱,在下面加焊10 mm钢板可防止断裂;2)外加载荷频率达到吊车梁的第5阶固有频率时,连接螺栓被剪断。
The brake plate and connecting bolts are often broken when crane beam is working in a steel plant.In order to find the causes of these faults,the finite element analysis software-ANSYS is applied to the modal analysis of D series of crane beam in this paper.The preceding 5 steps modal frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the crane beam are calculated.Modal analysis shows that the brake plate has the lowest stiffness,which can be prevented from breaking by means of welding a 10 mm steel plate,and that connecting bolts are cut off when loading frequency reaches the fifth basic frequency of crane beam.
