摘要
为了研究箱式集成房折叠单元的特性及取得中国船级社的认证,对新型箱式集成房折叠单元进行了横向及纵向刚性试验。试验结果表明,箱式集成房折叠单元有良好的整体刚度,能够满足运输过程中对集装箱的刚性要求;同时采用有限元方法对刚性试验进行模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。有限元分析可为折叠单元设计优化提供有效手段。
In order to investigate the behavior of the container assembling house(CAH) and to obtain the certificate of China Classification Society,the transverse and longitudinal rigid tests were conducted.The results show that the foldaway container has an excellent behavior of integral rigidity.A FEM model was given to simulate the experiment,and the results show the validity of the constitutive relation model.FEM can be employed in the optimizing of design for CAH foldaway element.
