摘要
由于越来越多的动力设备上楼,工业厂房的结构设计时,不仅要考虑常规的静荷载,还必须考虑大型动力设备的动荷载及其引起的振动。结合实际工程,对工业厂房结构设计中由振动设备所产生的振动问题,从局部和整体分别进行讨论和分析;对工业厂房的振动控制,从设备、结构布置和计算方法等方面提出具体的要求和措施。
Because of more and more dynamic equipments going upstairs,when carrying out the design an industry building structure,not only needing to consider the routine static load,but also to consider the dynamic load and vibration of the large-scale dynamic equipment.Combined with actual projects,the vibration problems in structural design of industrial plant aroused by vibratory equipment have been discussed and analyzed from parts to the whole structure;what's more,to achieve the vibration control of industrial plants,this paper gives specific requirements and measures in terms of equipment and structure layout,calculation method and so on.
