摘要
钢井架具有结构性能好、加工制造方便、安装工期短等优点,一直以来为煤矿建设单位所青睐。但在严寒地区因低温等恶劣环境影响,钢井架使用受到限制。在严寒地区的钢井架上增设外围护及其他设施,可以有效消除恶劣环境的影响,并满足钢井架的使用要求。通过某煤矿钢井架的设计,阐述严寒地区钢井架设计的一般原则及具体设计方法。
Because of the good structural performance,facility in making and shot construction time,the colliery owners attached importance to the steel headframe when constructing a new colliery.But the application of the steel headframe was limited in cold area by the bad environmental factors,such as low temperature.The enclosure can be used to protect the headframe in cold area and the additional equipments can provide relative functions for the headframe.Through the design of a steel headframe for a colliery in cold area,the general principle and specific method of detail design of the steel headframe in cold area are expounded.
