摘要
泥水加压式盾构施工技术不仅可以实现水土循环利用,而且还加快了施工进度。因此,它作为一项环保施工技术,近来受到广泛应用。而泥水系统中泥膜的形成对盾构开挖面的稳定性起着极其重要的作用,尤其在均匀系数较小的砂层中,其对开挖面的稳定作用尤其显著。以广州———佛山城际快速轨道交通工程为背景,针对本工程地质特性,介绍了泥膜试验装置及试验过程,并通过该试验对泥膜参数敏感性进行相关分析,得出了一些对盾构施工工程有益的结论。
As an environment protection construction method,the slurry pressure shield technology has been recently applied widely,for its accelerating the construction schedule and recycling water and land.Filter-cake plays a critical role for the stability of excavation surface during construction,especially for the sand layer with lower coefficient of uniformity.Based on the background of Project Rapid Rail Transit between Guangzhou & Foshan,and its geology charaters,the filter-cake test equipment and the test process have been introduced,also the sensitivity analysis of the parameters of filter-cake.Some beneficial conclusions to shield engineering have been obtained in this paper.
