摘要
采用高温烧结的方法,成功制备了C3A(铝酸三钙)。并深入研究了C3A含量对聚羧酸系超塑化剂-水泥体系分散?流变和吸附行为的影响,解释了分散性能、流变性能与超塑化剂在水泥颗粒表面吸附率的关系,试验结果表明:随着C3A含量的增加,聚羧酸系超塑化剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附率先增大后减小,聚羧酸系超塑化剂-水泥体系的分散性能先增强后减弱。当水泥中C3A含量为8%时,聚羧酸系超塑化剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附率最大,分散性能和流变性能最好。
The method of high-temperature-sintering is used to make C_3A.And the effect of C_3A on the dispersity and rheological properties and adsorption of the system of polycarboxylic kinds of superplasticizer-cement is studied.Also,it is explained the relationship between adsorption at cement particles,dispersity and rheological properties.The results show that when the content of C_3A increases,the adsorption ratio of polycarboxylic kinds of superplasticizer on the face of cement increases first,then decreases,and the dispersity is enhanced first then weakened.When the content of C_3A in the cement achieved 8%,the adsorption ratio of polycarboxylic kinds of superplasticizer on the face of cement is the greatest,at the same time the dispersity and rheological properties are the best.
