摘要
混凝土冷却塔在石化及电力等行业被广泛应用。然而混凝土塔体存在着严重的腐蚀问题。对腐蚀原因进行了详细分析,其中碳化腐蚀、溶蚀、酸性腐蚀、微生物腐蚀、冻融腐蚀是造成塔体结构破坏的主要原因。并对工程实际表现进行了展示。这几种腐蚀方式形成一个超叠加效应,对冷却塔结构耐久性造成了很大影响。最后,对冷却塔混凝土耐久性的保护提出了建议。
In the electric power and petrochemical industries,concrete cooling towers have been extensively applied.However,the concrete cooling towers suffer from severe corrosion.In the article,the causes of corrosion are analyzed in detail,especially the carbonation corrosion,the dissolution corrosion,the acid material corrosion,the microorganism corrosion and freezing corrosion.All these factors promote each other.The simply overlap of all factors is inferior to the comprehensive effects,which give rise to great effect to the structure durablity of cooling tower.At last,some conclusions and suggestions have been put forward to defend them.
