摘要
历史建筑的修缮应采用"原真式修复"的方针。混凝土的处理尽量遵循"减量化、再使用、再循环、再生"的4R原则,实现混凝土的循环利用。根据微观结构特点和自我修复能力,混凝土是一种可再生的建筑材料。经过合理的处理后,受损伤的混凝土裂缝可愈合再生而恢复结构整体性。由于新水化晶体互相交错抱合,新老混凝土界面粘结再生而且结合紧密具有足够的粘结强度。从混凝土微观结构的生成机理和性能特征,建立混凝土微观结构性能与历史建筑修缮技术之间的联系,把混凝土处理的4R原则应用于混凝土历史建筑修缮中。
'The original true-type fix' approach should be applied in the repair of historic buildings.The 'redution,reuse,recycle,regeneration' 4R principles are followed by treatment of concrete as far as possible to achieve concrete recycling.According to the micro-structure properties and self-repair capacity,concrete is a kind of regenerative building materials.After a reasonable treatment,damaged concrete cracks can be healed regeneratively to restore structural integrity.The interface combine closely and have sufficient bonding strength by bonded regeneration,because of the new hydration crystals holding together mutually.From the formation mechanism and performance characteristics of micro-structure,the relationship between micro-structure properties of concrete and repair technology of historic buildings is established,and the 4R principles are applied to the repair of historic concrete buildings.
