摘要
对改性氯镁板材正截面抗弯承载力性能进行试验研究,测定集中荷载下氯镁板的裂缝产生、开裂荷载、极限荷载、跨中挠度、材料应变等。试验结果表明,氯镁墙板QB板可作为外墙板和隔墙板应用;氯镁楼板模板LB板自重轻,不用机械安装,在施工过程中作为模板使用;同时,二次浇筑混凝土叠合层,形成氯镁楼板HLB板,作为结构楼板,其具有轻质高强的特性。
It is some study on the right section bend bearing capacity of the modified magnesium chloride plates.It is determined the cracks due to concentrated load in the magnesium chloride plate.As well as,determined cracking load,ultimate load,midspan deflection and materials strain.Test results are analyzed.The theoretical analysis of the test results showed that QB magnesium chloride board can be used as external walls and internal partition panels.The dead load of LB magnesium chloride floor template is light,whose erection can be done with out machinery.So it can be used as a template in the construction process.At the same time,HLB magnesium chloride floor boards by the second superimposed layer of concrete poured can be used as structural floors.They have characteristics of high-strength and lightweight.
