摘要
氯离子含量是影响钢纤维混凝土耐久性的重要因素之一,为了充分了解不同环境中钢纤维混凝土内氯离子含量的变化,将钢纤维混凝土试块分别置于标准环境、自然环境和模拟海水腐蚀环境等3种不同的环境中,定期测定其中氯离子含量,结果表明:3种不同的环境中,钢纤维混凝土内氯离子的含量总体都呈增加的趋势,且前期混凝土氯离子含量显著增加,增长率明显高于同种环境下的其他阶段;自然状态下和标准养护状态下氯离子含量变化基本相同;同一环境下不同龄期试块内氯离子含量变化可以分为4个阶段,具有明显的阶段性特征。
Chloride ion content is an important factor affecting the durability of steel fiber concrete.In order to fully understand the diversification of chloride ion content in steel fiber concrete in different environments,concrete specimens are put in 3 different environments called as standards environment,natural environment and simulated sea water corrosion environment,then regular testing of chloride ion content is done.The results show that: in 3 different environments,the content of chloride ions in steel fiber concrete has a trend of increasing and,in earlier period,the increase in chloride ion content of the concrete is significant,the growth rate is significantly higher than other stages of the identical environment;the change in chloride ion content is almost the same in standard and natural environments;Different ages on the test specimens' change in chloride ion content in the same environment can be divided into four stages and have a significant periodic characteristics.
