双丝双弧埋弧焊焊缝质量的影响因素分析探讨 被引量:1

摘要 双丝双弧埋弧焊用于钢结构焊接BOX箱形以及H型钢的生产制作中,可以大幅度提高生产效率。结合实际生产过程,简述双丝双弧埋弧焊接方法和特点,分析研究埋弧双丝双弧焊工艺中影响其焊接质量的因素,包括焊接参数(电流、电压、焊速、极性)以及焊接工艺条件(焊接辅材的选择、双丝的间隔距离以及焊丝的倾角)等,提供了生产重工热处理工部箱形梁时,应用双丝双弧共熔池的焊接工艺方法,与适当的焊丝、焊剂匹配及选用恰当的焊接参数,提高了熔敷率和焊接速度,焊缝内在质量符合要求,外观良好,焊接效率高。 Pairs of wire & arc SAW for box-type and H-type steel structure could increase the production efficiency greatly.This paper introduces the process and characters for pairs of wire and arc SAW based on the actural production process.The factors affecting its quality during welding,including the welding parameters(electric current,voltage,welding speed,polarity),the welding conditions(choose for auxiliary materials,interval distance of pairs of wire and wire inclination) and etc.This article provides the welding technolgy process of pairs of wire & arc co-pool using for the box girder in CITIC heavy industry heat treatment project.With the appropriate wire and the matching flux,proper selection of welding parameters enhance the melting deposition rate and welding speed.Weld inherent quality meets the requirements,which looks good,and has a high welding efficiency.
