N式配筋砌块砌体的施工方法研究

CONSTRUCTION METHODS OF N TYPE CONCRETE BLOCK MASONRY

介绍N式混凝土小型空心砌块在砌筑时能孔肋对齐的优点和可以同缝砌筑的特点,以及针对N式砌块的施工特点而采取的相应的施工方法。通过分析比较了N式砌块的块型、砌体结构与普通砌块的不同,说明N式砌块同缝砌筑时可以消除墙体的竖向通缝、不会降低墙体强度,还具有施工速度快的优点。结合工程实例介绍N式砌块在实际工程中的应用现状,说明N式砌块房屋具有良好的经济效益与社会效益。

This paper introduces the features that the N type block can be built with straight-lint joint,and the construction method of N type block according to its features.It expatiates the advantages of the construction method that the N type block masonry can be built with straight-lint joint by analyzing the shape difference and structural difference between the N type block masonry and ordinary concrete block masonry.It introduces the practical application status of the block via two examples,and shows that the N type masonry buildings have good economic and social benefits.
