摘要
中华航空大厦工程是位于杭州钱江新城的3层地下室的大型基坑项目,其周边紧邻已建的中天大厦、东杭大厦、集美大厦2层地下室以及2条地下通道。该工程开挖深度深、周边环境复杂、场地内障碍物多,围护设计有针对性地根据不同的环境特点采用多种围护形式相结合的方案。根据现场监测及施工情况看,围护设计充分利用了周边地下室存在的有利条件,节省了围护造价,同时确保了基坑自身及周边环境的安全。
China Aviation Building with three-floors basement is located in Hangzhou CBD. The large-scale deep excavation of the building had three basements and two tunnels nearby.According to the bad geological conditions and complex environments,a retaining scheme of line-up piles with two braces,with one brace and cantilever retaining piles was put forward and applied.It is proved that the scheme is reasonable and also economical because of using the effect of the basements nearby.
