摘要
降水工程是基坑工程中的一项临时工程,若设计与施工不当易产生流砂、管涌、坑底隆起、边坡失稳、坑壁坍塌等事故。针对沈阳某工程所在区域地下水的特点,对其高层住宅深基坑降水采用管井井点降水方法。该方案的设计与施工,是根据土层的渗透系数,要求降水的深度和工程特点,经技术和经济综合比较后而确定。
Dewatering project is a temporary project of excavation engineering.If the design and construction are improper,lots of accidents are easy to occur,including quick sand,piping,bottom heave,instable slope,etc.Based on the features of groundwater under a project in Shenyang,the method of tube-well drawdown was used for the excavation dewatering of a high-rise housing.The design and construction of the project were determined after a comprehensive comparison of technology and economy,according to the permeability coefficient of soil,required dewatering depth and engineering characteristics.
