摘要
盾构施工会导致地层的沉降并会对周边的建筑产生影响,对其进行分析具有重要的工程价值。在综合考虑了现有的有限元模拟方法的基础上,结合济邵高速公路中开挖的隧道为例,根据非线性有限元法的基本原理,利用大型非线性有限元软件ANSYS三维动态模拟隧道开挖的过程,计算结果揭示了在盾构推进过程中地表沉降分布以及特点,得到盾构法开挖引起的地表沉降曲线,其形态与Peck计算得出的横向地表沉降槽正态分布曲线的形态基本一致。仿真结果揭示了隧道推进过程中的周围土体的移动规律、地表面水平位移及地面沉降规律、已建隧道管片应力变化规律。
A shield construction in tunnel can cause ground subsidence and impact on the buildings around,whose analysis is very important.Based on the three dimensional nonlinear finite element model,taking a Ji-Shao freeway shield tunneling for example,using ANSYS,a large nonlinear FEM software to do a 3D FEM model simulation in the process of the shield construction,then the curve of subsidence by shield method construction had been calculated.The ground subsidence distributing characteristics had been revealed.The curve of subsidence by the disturbance of soil was basically in accordance with normal distribution curve by Peck.The rules of soil movement,ground settlement and horizontal displacement as well as change in stress of the adjoining tunnel during the shield-driven construction were revealed.
