摘要
建筑工程项目进度偏差检查及纠偏是在建筑工程项目进度计划制定并执行的基础上,对建设项目的实际进度情况进行检查,并将其与计划进度相比较,分析产生的原因和对进度计划的影响程度,进行必要的纠偏决策并不断循环的系统工作。在分析建筑工程项目进度偏差检查及纠偏基本理论的基础上,对建筑工程进度偏差检查及纠偏措施进行了实证研究。
The schedule deviation inspection and correct deviation of construction projects are a system work based on formulation and implementation of schedules,examining the actual progress and comparing with planned schedule and analyzing the cause of the deviation and correcting it.This article analyzed the basic theory of construction projects schedule deviation inspection and correcting deviation and gave an empirical study on it.
