摘要
回顾了我国建设项目造价管理的发展历史,主要包括三个阶段:古典、传统和现代的造价管理,分别从建设项目造价和控制方面队各阶段进行剖析,之后分析了我国目前造价管理的现状,探讨未来我国造价管理方法的改革思路,并给出一些建议。
This paper reviews China's history of development of the cost management of construction projects,including three main stages:classical,traditional and modem stage of cost management.And it is analysesd every stage separately from identification and control of the construction project's cost.Through the analysis of the status of current cost management,it is studied China's reform ideas of cost management in the future,and someadvises are also given.
