摘要
纠正了规范中对"炉顶法兰"定义的错误;在安装过程中采用跳返焊法、肋板控制焊接变形、精密水准仪过程检测、连续作业等多种方式实现了对高炉炉顶法兰安装质量的有效控制。
The error of the defimition of 'top flange' in the current norms has been corrected.The erection quality of the top flange for blast furnace was controlled effectively by step-back welding method,control of welding deformation by rib panel,process detection by precision leveler,as well as continuous operation etc.
