推进节约型工地创建促进节能环保科学发展

PROMOTION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF CONSERVATION-ORIENTED WORK SITE AND IMPROVEMENT ON SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY SAVING & ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

经过近2年的努力,节约型工地创建工作在上海市内房屋建筑工程中得到全面开展和推进,中冶祥腾财富广场工程于2009年末获得上海市节约型达标工地,并于2010年4月被评为上海市绿色施工工程,在能源、资源与建筑材料等方面的节约效果明显,节能降耗绩效得到了现场保障。从实践出发,通过创建节约型工地和开展绿色施工实例,阐述工程项目施工现场节能降耗和环境保护工作在实践中的意义,帮助企业节约资源能源消耗,有着良好的经济、环境和社会效益。

After nearly 2 years effort,MCC20 establishment work on conservation-oriented worksite in building construction filed in Shanghai has been carried out and moved forward.MCC Xiangteng Forture Square Project has reached the standard of Shanghai Conservation-Oriented Worksite at the end of 2009,and in April 2010,was elected as green construction project in Shanghai.For this project,the effectiveness of saving energy,resources and materials is obvious,and the performance of energy saving and consumption reduction has been guaranteed in the worksite.Through the introduction of real cases on creating conservation-oriented worksite and green construction project,this article practically states the meaning of conservation-oriented worksite and green construction project in practice, and helps enterprises save the resources and energy,which is expected to have good economic,environmental and social benefits.
