摘要
水稻籼粳亚种间杂种优势强大,其利用是提高水稻单产的重要途径之一。但杂种F1株高偏高,生育期超亲晚熟,以及结实率偏低,限制了这种优势在生产上的直接利用。针对杂种F1利用上存在三大障碍,本文从育种实践出发,分别提出了相应的解决方案,以期克服籼粳交障碍,充分利用其强大的杂种优势。
The potential heterosis present in japonica x indica inter-subspecific hybrids is great,and represents a clear next step in the search for increasing the economic yield of rice.However,the problems of too tall plants,too long maturity and partial sterility in these hybrids have inhibited their use in hybrid rice breeding.Aiming at these limitative factors,some basic solutions for figuring out these issues were proposed on gthe basis of breeding practice.Besides,the results suggested that the marker-assisted selection was an effective approach to utilizing the heterosis of rice inter-subspecies.
