摘要
福建省农业科学院水稻研究所利用空间诱变与杂交育种技术相结合的方法,育成的杂交水稻恢复系福恢673具有恢复力强,恢复谱广,配合力好等特点。并用恢复系福恢673与不育系天丰A配组育成了三系杂交水稻新组合天优673,在福建省2 a区试中,平均产量7.09 t/hm2,比对照汕优63增产达5.39%,生产试验平均产量7.56 t/hm2,比对照汕优63增产10.29%;在各地试验示范中,表现性状稳定,且丰产性、抗性、米质、适应性等均比生产上主栽品种优势明显,2010年3月通过福建省农作物品种审定。利用空间诱变与杂交育种技术相结合的方法可成功育成高产抗病杂交水稻新品种。
Fuhui 673 was a hybrid rice restorer line bred by space mutation and crossbreeding technology in Rice Research of Institute,Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It is characteristics of strong restoring ability,wide restoring spectrum and good combining ability.Tianyou 673 was developed from the cross of good quality CMS line Tianfeng A and restorer line Fuhui 673.The results of experiments over years showed that Tianyou 673 had better characteristics than main cultivars in practice,such as high yield,resistance to rice blast,fine grain quality and wide adaptability.The average yield was 7.09 t/hm2 in Fujian provincial regional trials for two years,5.39% higher than that of the check hybrid Shanyou 63.Its yield was 7.56 t/hm2 in Fujian provincial productional test,10.29% higher than that of the check Shanyou 63.It showed resistance to rice blast in identification of rice blast indoor of Fujian provincial regional trials for two years.It was registered and released for commercial use in Fujian Province in March,2010.The method of space mutation combined with crossbreeding technology can be used to develop new hybrid rice combination with of high yield and resistance to blast.
