摘要
先恢207是优良的水稻三系恢复系,以先恢207为父本配制的杂交水稻组合金优207和T优207等是长江中下游稻区的主栽晚籼组合。螟虫(包括稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、三化螟)是中国南方水稻的主要害虫之一。以转cry1C*基因的T1C-19为抗螟虫基因供体,通过杂交、回交和分子标记辅助选择技术相结合的方法将螟虫抗性基因cry1C*转移到恢复系先恢207中,培育获得携有cry1C*基因的纯合株系2个,分别命名为华抗恢1431和华抗恢1432,并以金23A等6个不育系为父本配制了抗螟虫组合。经田间鉴定,改良的抗螟虫恢复系华抗恢1431和华抗恢1432以及杂交组合对稻纵卷叶螟的抗性达到100%。华抗恢1431的农艺性状、稻米品质和配合力等方面基本保持了先恢207的特性,以金23A作母本配制的杂交组合的生育期、产量和稻米品质均与金优207相当。选育出川23A/华抗恢1431、中9A/华抗恢1431 2个产量优于金优207、生育期和稻米品质与金优207相当的中熟晚籼抗螟虫组合。同时还选育出川农1A/华抗恢1431、金科1A/华抗恢1431 2个迟熟晚籼抗螟虫组合。
Xianhui 207 is an elite indica restorer line of hybrid rice,and its hybrids Jinyou 207 and T-you 207 have been the popular late-cropping indica hybrids in Yangtze Valley of China.Stemborers and leaffolders are the major insects in rice production in Southern China.T1C-19 bearing cry1C*,a transgenic rice event,was used as donor of insect-resistance in the study.cry1C* was introgressed into the genetic background of Xianhui 207 by hybridizing,backcrossing and MAS.Two new restorer lines,Huakanghui 1431 and Huakanghui 1432,with cry1C*,were developed.They were used as male parents for crossing with six male sterile lines.The resistances against leaffolders of Huakanghui 1431 and Huakanghui 1432 and their hybrids were 100% under natural field conditions.The main agronomic traits,grain quality and combining ability of Huakanghui 1431 were similar to those of Xianhui 207.The yield,growth duration and grain quality of the hybrids in which Jin 23A was used as female parent were as same as Jinyou 207.Two medium growth duration hybrids,Chuan 23A/Huakanghui 1431 and Zhong 9A/Huakanghui 1431,were developed,in which the growth duration and rice quality were similar to those of Jinyou 207,but their yield was higher than that of Jinyou 207.Two other late growth duration hybrids,Chuannong 1A/Huakanghui 1431 and Jinke 1A/Huakanghui 1431 were also developed for resistance against stemborers and leafffolders.
