摘要
利用与水稻产量性状相关的QTL位点标记分析了15个杂交水稻亲本间(4个不育系和11个恢复系)的遗传差异,结合15个亲本所配组合(44个)的F1表现,研究了基于QTL位点的分子标记遗传距离与杂种优势的相关性。结果表明分子标记遗传距离与产量性状杂种优势呈显著正相关(r=0.31*),而与其它主要产量构成因子的优势相关不显著。为分子标记预测杂交水稻杂种优势研究奠定了基础。
The genetic difference of 15 rice parents(4 CMS lines and 11 restorer lines) was analyzed by the molecular markers of yield-related QTLs in rice.The correlation between genetic distance and heterosis was studied on the basis of the performance of 44 F1 hybrids.The results showed that the correlation between genetic distance of rice QTLs and yield heterosis was significant(r=0.31*),but insignificant between genetic distance and heterosis of other yield traits,indicating the possibility of forecasting heterosis by molecular markers of rice QTLs.
