摘要
通过切割叶梢减小桨叶直径的方法是改善螺旋桨推进性能,使船-机-桨获得合理匹配从而达到节省能源的一种简单有效方法.根据一系列敞水试验结果给出螺旋桨直径切割量与转速提高量关系图谱,同时给出升力面理论预报不同切割量时螺旋桨的敞水性能.与试验结果比较表明升力面理论计算误差大约在7.5%左右.因此,在误差允许范围内,升力面理论可有效应用于螺旋桨直径切割计算.
Decreasing diameter of a propeller by cutting its blade tip is a simple and efficient method to improve propeller's propulsion performances.It makes ship-engine-propeller match again and saves energy.Based on a series of experimental results, charts between cutting amounts in diameter and resolution increase for a propeller are presented.Meanwhile theoretical calculations for open water characteristics of the modified propellers from the lifting surface theory are provided.By comparison with measurements, averaged error of prediction is around 7.5%.Hence given a proper error range, the lifting surface theory can be applied to calculations of propeller diameter cutting.
