摘要
从发电机瞬时转速机理,通过气缸力、往复惯性力、离心惯性力、机械损失等方面建立柴油机瞬时转速诊断模型,利用容积法模型进行柴油机气缸力的建模.运用均值处理、白化过程等盲分离预处理方法和盲分离算法对船舶电站柴油机瞬时转速数据进行分析处理,模拟显示可以准确分离出柴油机瞬时转速信息.利用这些瞬时转速模型可以方便分析柴油机的工作状态,进行故障诊断.
This paper designs and builds the diesel instantaneous speed diagnosis model of the marine power station from the instantaneous speed mechanism through the cylinder force, the reciprocating inertia force, the centrifugal inertial force, the mechanism losing, etc.Build the diesel cylinder force real-time simulation algorithm by volumetric method.Then analyze and dispose the instantaneous speed data by using this centering, whiten pretreatment method and the blind source separation arithmetic.This method can separate the instantaneous speed information accurately from the simulation result.So it can analyze the diesel working state by the instantaneous speed model and the diesel fault diagnosis.
