Discussion on Controlled Freezing-point Technique to be Used for Food Preservation on Ships

船舶食品冷藏技术以传统的冷冻冷藏为主,蔬菜的自给力不大于30天.为满足船舶食品自给力达到45天的设计标准,解决船舶冷藏系统中存在的问题,冰温冷藏技术被引入船舶冷藏中.文章介绍了冰温冷藏的原理和发展概况,结合船舶现有的冷藏系统,给出了船舶冰温冷藏的技术方案,分析了冰温冷藏技术要应用于船舶冷藏上需解决的关键技术问题,并就如何解决这些问题进行了探讨.

Conventional refrigeration technique is commonly used on ship food preservation nowadays and vegetables stored time is less than 30 days.To prolong the stored time to 45 days and also solve the problems existing in ship food preservation systems, a new technology, controlled freezing-point technique is introduced.This paper describes the controlled freezing-point technique, and analyzes its application possibility and key issues which needs to be solved on this kind of system.
