摘要
在系统装备生产管理中,用户需要制定出一套控制进度的措施和科学的计划管理方法,以保证系统装备生产在合同规定的期限内顺利完成.本文在分析项目管理进度控制流程的基础上,从进度监控、进度计划调整和进度控制的程序三个方面提出了系统装备生产进度控制的具体措施,并对这些措施在某型舰船分段建造进度控制中的应用进行了探讨.
In the management of manufacturing, effective means to control manufacturing progress and scientific schedule management methods have to be made drawn out to ensure that the manufacturing can be finished within the prescribed time.Based on the analyses of progress control process of project management and combining the theory and methods of progress control of project management this paper provides effective measures to control the manufacturing progress from progress supervision, schedule adjustment and procedure of progress control.In the last an example of progress control of subsections manufacturing in ship-building is provided to briefly introduce the application of these measures.
