摘要
利用三维配管建模软件(PDS)设计通信设备及线缆敷设比传统的二维通信设计更直观、更完整。用单根管道表示一根电缆的设计方法能较准确地表示线缆敷设的具体细节,而且通过PDS软件搭建的设计平台使室外通信线缆敷设设计更好地与其他专业管道敷设设计相结合,实现协同设计,使站场内所有布线、布管更合理。文章具体介绍了利用三维配管建模软件(PDS)设计站内通信设备及线缆敷设的方法,以及在西气东输二线霍尔果斯首站和红柳压气站的设计应用。
Applying 3D piping design software(PDS) for designing communication equipment and cable laying is better than 2D communication design in intuition and integrity. The design method of using one pipeline to represent one cable can reflect more accurately the cable laying details. Furthermore, the design platform built by PDS enables outdoor cable laying design to combine with other specific pipeline laying design and realizes coordinate design, thus rationalizing whole layout of cables and pipelines at a station. The concrete design method of communication equipment and cable laying with PDS is presented, and its applications in Huorguosi initial station and Hongliu compression station of Second West to East Gas Pipeline as well.
