摘要
通过西气东输二线西段工程的实践,对大机组管理模式进行了探索与实践。大机组管理模式是中国石油管道第四工程分公司在管道工程点多线长条件下实施的一种管理模式。经过西气东输二线西段运作,机组内各专业管理顺畅,在人员、设备、营地管理、后勤保障、车辆租赁等方面,实现了资源共享、统一调度,节约了开支,降低了施工成本,并培养出了一批基层综合管理人才。
Big machinery team management mode is carried out by CPP Fourth Engineering Co. in the engineering conditions of many pipeline construction sites and long pipeline routes. Through the mode running in West Section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, the machinery teams realize the smooth specialty management and resource sharing as well as the united dispatching of personnel, equipment, site management, logistics guarantee, vehicle lease, and so on. Not only it saves expenditure and decreases construction costs, but also it trains a batch of comprehensive management personnel.
