摘要
文章针对目前国内在管道工程建设中开始运用的安全专项管理工具——安全监控体系,结合管道工程建设的特点,从施工风险管理、作业许可、日常检查表,到项目的安全审核与安全绩效管理等多方面的实践和创新,阐述了取得的先进安全管理经验,为以后管道工程及其他工程的安全监控提供了可借鉴的经验。
Based on the characteristic analysis of pipeline construction and by means of the safety supervisory control system—a special safety management tool applied in domestic pipeline construction at present, this paper summarizes the advanced management experience from construction risk management, operation permit and routine check lists to project safety examination and safety performance management.
