摘要
EPC总承包工程具有投资大、周期长、环节多、内外部协作关系复杂的特点,因而形成的文件种类多、数量大。做好EPC总承包工程项目的文控管理工作,是一项全面、系统、科学、严谨的重要工作。文章介绍了EPC总承包工程文控管理的特点、文件的分类;又从前期策划、机构设备、管理流程、程序文件等方面阐述文控管理程序及关键环节。
EPC general contract project has the features of large investment, long period, many links and complex cooperation relations and that produces a large amount of file categories and quantity. File control management is a kind of comprehensive, systematic, scientific and rigorous work. This paper describes the characteristics of file control management and file categorizing. In addition, it illustrates the file control programs and key links in aspects of prophase planning, organization establishment, management flow, program documents, and so on.
