摘要
财务管理是工程项目管理的重要组成部分。西气东输二线工程是我国第一条引进境外天然气的大型管道工程,中国石油天然气管道局第四工程分公司(以下称管道四公司)承建我国西气东输二线西段管道工程的第10B标段和11标段。工程施工项目中有效的财务管理可以加强对资金的控制,降低项目的成本支出。介绍了管道四公司西气东输二线西段项目部财务制度管理的经验。
Financial management is an important part of engineering project management. Effective financial management of engineering construction can enhance capital control and reduce cost expenditure. Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project is the first large scale pipeline project for importing foreign natural gas, in which CPP Fourth Engineering Company undertakes the pipeline construction task of the 10B and 11 bidding sections. This paper introduces the financial management experience gained by the company from that pipeline project construction.
