Application of New Technology in Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project

技术进步是推动社会发展的动力,不断提高施工技术水平,大量采用新技术、新工艺是提高管道工程施工效率的重要手段。在西气东输二线工程建设中,结合自身的实际状况,推广应用了多项新技术、新工艺,包括STT+半自动焊技术、RMD+半自动焊技术、NORSET全自动根焊+半自动焊技术、CRC管道全位置自动焊技术等,取得了很多成果。

Technical advancement is the motivity of social development. To raise technical level continuously and use new techniques and processes in large scale is the important means of increasing pipeline construction efficiency. In the construction of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, many new welding techniques and processes such as STT plus semi-automatic welding, RMD plus semi-automatic welding, NORSET fully automatic welding plus semi-automatic welding and CRC all position automatic welding are applied and lots of results are obtained.
