抽油机井监控与节能

Monitoring and Energy Saving for Pumping Oil-well

摘要 实时采集抽油机井负荷和位移等参数,通过示功图分析抽油机井工作状况,计算产液量,了解油井的地质情况,调整抽油机工作状态,对于低产井,可以实现间隙抽油控制,达到节能的目的。本文重点介绍示功图方法、抽油机监控器及节能技术。 Real-time collecting load and displacement parameters etc.in rod pumped well,we can analyze the working conditions of rod pumped well,calculate liquid–producing capacity,understand the geological conditions of oil wells,adjust the working status of pumping units with the dynamometer card.For low production wells,intermittent pumping control can be used to reach the aims of energy-saving.Because of enormous pumping units,energy saving has an important effect in the oil field.In the paper,dynamometer card method,monitoring device for pumping unit and energy saving technology are mainly introduced,which can provide some references for the research workers.
