摘要
为了解屠宰生猪中猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)的带毒状况及PCV-2的主要基因型,在分析PCV-2分离株基因序列的基础上分别设计了检测PCV-2、PCV2-A和PCV2-B的引物,建立了各自的PCR检测方法。结果表明,建立的PCV-2、PCV2-A、PCV2-B的PCR检测方法,特异性较好,可用于临床病料的检测;通过对临床采集的49分生猪血样的检测发现,PCV-2的阳性率为24.49%,均属于PCV2-B。检测结果表明,当地检测猪群中感染的PCV-2主要为PCV2-B毒株,在该病的防控方面应引起注意。
To understand the situation of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2) infection in the swine population of Yangling and the dominant genetic types of PCV-2isolate.The primers for detection of PCV-2,PCV2-A and PCV2-B were designed according to the whole sequences of PCV-2 and PCV-1 isolates accessed in GenBank.The PCR was established with specific primers respectively.The results showed the developed PCRs were specific and sensitive,they could be used to detection the PCV-2 in field.The 12 PCV-2 were detected in 49 serum samples,the positive rate was 24.49%.The PCV2-B was dominant genetic type in PCV-2 positive samples,positive rate was 100%,the result indicated that PCV2-B was dominant in local swine population.Some things should be carried out according those results.
