鸡传染性法氏囊病疫苗对SPF鸡ND免疫效果的影响

Study on Vaccine Effects Against Infectious Bursal Disease Virus in SPF Chickens

通过免疫器官指数测定、IBD疫苗对ND免疫的效果影响以及IBD攻毒试验,对当前市场上常用IBD活疫苗进行免疫效力研究。结果显示A80、D78株毒力小,对法氏囊不造成损伤,对ND免疫无影响;B87株、KS96株毒力中等,对法氏囊有轻微的可恢复性损伤,对ND免疫影响较小;进口疫苗MB、2512株的毒力比较强,可以对法氏囊造成不可恢复性损伤,对ND免疫影响较大,有明显的抑制作用。IBDV强毒株攻毒后KS96株和MB株免疫组均有100%的保护率,其他疫苗也能达到60%以上的保护率。该研究为实际养殖中IBD疫苗的选择提供了实验数据和理论基础,具有一定的指导意义。

To assay the immune organ index,the effect of IBD vaccines on the immune effect of ND and IBD tapping poisoning experiment,to SPF chicken vaccine immune effect by IBD vaccines on the market.Results show,the toxicity of A80 and D78 strain are small,they have no effect up on ND vaccines;B87and KS96 strains are intermediate vaccine,to have mild recoerability damage on Bursal,and they also have no effect up on ND vaccines;but MB and 2512 strains are high virulence vaccine,they could cause unrecoverable damage to the Bursal,and they also have great effect up on ND vaccines;they offer statistically significant protection against ND vaccine.After IBDV tapping poisoning experiment by high virulence vaccine strain BJQ902,KS96 and MB strains have protective rate of 100%,the other vaccines provide above 60% protective rate.The study provided theoretical basis and industrial produce for the selection of IBD vaccines,consultation and guideline in the Immunization of IBDV.
