摘要
沙门菌具有染色体和质粒毒力基因。毒力岛是存在于细菌染色体上编码毒力相关基因的特定区域,SPI含有许多与毒力有关的基因,其中,SPI1含有与细菌侵袭力有关的毒力基因,含有这些基因编码型分泌系统的成分;SPI2编码细菌含有在吞噬细胞和上皮细胞内复制的相关基因。除染色体上的毒力岛编码的毒力基因外,还有小部分毒力基因位于毒力质粒上。论文就沙门菌毒力岛、毒力质粒上毒力基因的研究进展进行综述。
Salmonella's virulence genes are located chromosome and plasmid.Salmonella pathogenicity island(SPI) is a special code region related to bacteria virulence which located the chromosome of Salmonell a.Salmonella pathogenicity island 1(SPI1) contains invasion genes,which encode various components of the type Ⅲ secretion systems(T3SSs).Salmonella pathogenicity island 2(SPI2) is essential for Salmonella replication in Macrophages and Epithelial cells.Salmonella plasmid virulence genes(spv) are commonly found on plasmids contained in a small number of Salmonella serotypes which are important for the establishment of systemic infection.This review has covered recent research progress on SPI and spv virulence genes of Salmonella.
