猪脑心肌炎疫苗研究进展

Progress on the Vaccine of Porcine Encephalomyocarditis

近年来,猪脑心肌炎在一些国家和地区暴发,不仅给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失,而且还威胁到人类的生命健康,以疫苗免疫为主要手段的防控措施日渐得到广泛关注。高效安全的猪脑心肌炎新型疫苗一直是科研人员关注的焦点,大量的新型疫苗由此而生。目前,亚单位疫苗、核酸疫苗、基因缺失疫苗以及载体疫苗被公众认为是可以考虑作为替代传统疫苗的新型疫苗,论文介绍了当前猪脑心肌炎疫苗的应用现状和新型疫苗的开发研究进展。

In recent years,the outbreak of porcine encephalomyocarditis(EMCV) in some countries and regions not only cause huge economic losses to the swine industry,but also threat human life and health.As a main means of vaccine immunity the prevention and control measures is gradually gaining its popularity.the new vaccine of efficient and safe porcine encephalomyocarditis has become a focus to scientific researchers,a large number of new vaccine give rise as a result.At present,the sub-unit vaccines,DNA vaccines,gene deletion vaccines and vaccine vectors considered by the public as a new vaccines which can replace the traditional one.This paper introduces the application of porcine encephalomyocarditis(EMCV) vaccine in current status and the research progress on new vaccine.
