随着经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,人们对畜禽产品的需求量日益增加,兽药残留作为影响动物产品食用安全的重要因素,已成为人们普遍关注的一个社会热点问题。论文就造成兽药残留的原因及危害进行了较为全面的论述,并提出了相应的控制对策。

With the economic development and people's lives improving,the demands of livestock products are growing,veterinary drug residues as the important factor which might influence animal products safety,has become a common concern.In this paper,we discussed the reasons and harms of veterinary drug residue,and analyzed the corresponding control measures.
